Digital transformation isn’t just about technology.  Given most digital transformation projects span organizational boundaries and territories, both internal and external, they come into contact with a wide range of organizational norms and cultures. Projects that ignore culture do so at their own risk and peril.

But few of us are ever taught how to talk about organizational culture, let alone create successful strategies when we encounter cultures that may conflict with our project or program area goals.

Join Kevin Conn, Director of Business Transformation, Court Services Branch, and Gordon Ross, Vice President, OXD, in a Culture Mapping workshop. They will walk you through your own culture mapping activity while providing you with their experiences working on digital transformation within Court Services Branch.
